\nThe “watchdog detected dead controller” indicates that the USB software has worked around a hardware limitation. If it didn’t work around it, then all of the USB’s on that controller would stop working until the system was rebooted. The problem occurs when other devices on the PCI bus consume too much bandwidth, and the USB controller can not fetch the data requried.<\/i><\/p>\n
